The colour (and name) for this shade was matched from the insert of a cookbook that belonged to Alex's Dad. When he died, we inherited dozens of his scruffy, worn, over-used cookbooks, packed with recipes from around the world and littered with hand-written notes and recipe tweaks.

This soothing, neutral green is inspired by everything there is to love about the Aegean, and everything there was to love about the man who taught us so much.

Combine with Cinque Green and Filthy Terracotta for a rich finish, pair with Drunk Tahini and Tarte Tan to warm things up or go classy by using alongside Jurassic Black.
